Manufacturer, Supplier & Solution Provider of Evaporative Cooling Systems for Jaipur, Rajasthan.
We design and manufacture two-stage evaporative air cooling systems, indirect-direct (IDEC) systems and Oxycom adiabatic solutions for industrial and commercial buildings. Where a Jaipur facility needs tighter control or must hold conditions through the short monsoon, we supply two-stage and indirect-direct evaporative systems along with the Oxycom adiabatic range, including pre-cooling for air-cooled chillers where existing plant capacity is being pushed by extreme ambient temperatures.
Whether this is the right system for Jaipur depends on the local air rather than on the datasheet. With peak summer dry-bulb at 45-46°C (May-June) and design wet-bulb at approx. 23-24°C, a two-stage or indirect system is specified where added moisture would affect the process, or where cooling has to hold steady rather than track the weather. We cover Sitapura Industrial Area, VKI Area (Vishwakarma), Bagru Industrial Area and the wider Jaipur, Rajasthan belt.
Reduced air quantity requirement, typically by around 40% against an equivalent direct system
Correspondingly smaller ducting quantity and lower distribution cost
Oxycom adiabatic range for higher-duty applications and chiller pre-cooling
Patented technology delivering 100% fresh, clean, cooled air
Benefits
Oxycom pre-cooling recovers capacity on existing air-cooled chillers running past design ambient
Robust, straightforward operation with fewer moving parts than mechanical cooling plant
Performance holds up in humid conditions where a direct cooler falls away
Applications in Jaipur
Gems, jewellery & handicraft – IDEC supply for polishing and grading halls where filtered, stable air matters as much as temperature.
Textiles, weaving & processing – IDEC systems for weaving and processing halls where humidity is already high and direct cooling underperforms.
Engineering & fabrication – Two-stage systems for fabrication and machining halls, sized on air change rather than temperature drop alone.
Food, beverage & agro processing – IDEC and adiabatic systems for processing and packing halls where humidity control matters to the product.
Institutional, commercial & public buildings – Two-stage systems for auditoria, canteens, atria and large public halls at a fraction of AC running cost.
Working With Us in Jaipur
Design, fabrication, installation, commissioning and service are handled by one team rather than split across a supplier and a contractor, so there is a single point of accountability when something needs attention. We manufacture from our own facilities at Pune, Hyderabad and Tirunelveli, and hold a 4.9 out of 5 rating from 33 Google reviews.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between DEC and IDEC?
A direct evaporative cooler passes air through a wetted pad, cooling it but raising its moisture content. An indirect-direct system cools first through a heat exchanger, so that stage adds no moisture at all. In humid climates the indirect stage is what allows the system to keep working when a direct cooler cannot.
Do you cover Sitapura Industrial Area and VKI Area (Vishwakarma)?
Yes. Our Jaipur coverage includes Sitapura Industrial Area, VKI Area (Vishwakarma), Bagru Industrial Area, Jhotwara, Kukas, Mahindra World City and the surrounding estates, and we also serve Bhiwadi, Neemrana, Alwar, Kota. Site survey, design, supply, installation, commissioning and ongoing service are handled by our own team.
What is the lead time for Evaporative Cooling Systems in Jaipur?
We manufacture at Pune, Hyderabad and Tirunelveli, so Jaipur projects are produced in-house rather than bought in. A standard supply is usually delivered within a few weeks of drawing approval, and turnkey scope is scheduled against your project programme. We confirm a dated schedule at order stage, not after it.
