We manufacture factory fabricated ducting – hollow profile, rectangular, round, oval and spiral – in GI, stainless steel and aluminium, produced on our own machines to approved drawings. Factory fabricated ducting in GI, stainless steel and aluminium is manufactured to drawing and export-packed for long sea and inland transit, supplied with insulated PUF sandwich panels and modular enclosures for food, beverage and controlled-area applications.
In Africa, dry inland (highveld, northern nigeria) runs at hot, low humidity - DEC performs strongly and humid coastal (lagos, mombasa, dar, durban) at hot, 70-85% RH - IDEC and HVLS, which is why our recommendation for the location is specified per site, not per continent. On that basis, duct is packed for a long sea leg and often a long inland road leg after it, which changes how it is crated and marked. We supply and install across Kenya - Nairobi, Mombasa, Athi River, Nigeria - Lagos, Kano, Port Harcourt and South Africa - Johannesburg, Durban, Cape Town.

Do you handle installation as well as manufacture?
How is this equipment shipped to Africa?
Shipped FOB Nhava Sheva (JNPT) or Mundra to Mombasa, Dar es Salaam, Lagos (Apapa / Tin Can Island), Tema, Durban and Ngqura. Export packing is specified for the route and handling conditions, and documentation is prepared as part of the order rather than after it. Spares and consumables are normally shipped with the consignment so a replacement part does not become a separate small shipment later.
Do you provide pre-export verification of conformity documentation for Africa?
Yes. We prepare the product technical documentation, test data and declarations needed to support the PVoC or equivalent scheme operated by the destination country, and we work alongside the customer's appointed conformity assessment body. The certificate itself is issued by the accredited body rather than by the manufacturer, so our role is to prepare and support the file so the consignment is not held at port.
