Frequently Asked Questions
Does the discharge point really matter?
It matters as much as the fan. In congested industrial estates a poorly placed discharge simply returns fumes to your own intake or a neighbour's, which is a complaint waiting to happen. We plan the discharge location at design stage as part of the system.
How is this equipment shipped to Tanzania?
Shipped FOB Nhava Sheva (JNPT) or Mundra to Dar es Salaam and Tanga, with onward central corridor movement to Zambia, Rwanda, Burundi, Malawi and the DRC. Export packing is specified for the route and handling conditions, and documentation is prepared as part of the order rather than after it. Spares and consumables are normally shipped with the consignment so a replacement part does not become a separate small shipment later.
Do you provide TBS PVoC documentation for Tanzania?
Yes. We prepare the product technical documentation, test data and declarations needed to support Tanzania Bureau of Standards pre-export verification and issue of the Certificate of Conformity, and we work alongside the customer's appointed conformity assessment body. The certificate itself is issued by the accredited body rather than by the manufacturer, so our role is to prepare and support the file so the consignment is not held at port.
