What is the difference between DEC and IDEC?
A direct evaporative cooler passes air through a wetted pad, cooling it but raising its moisture content. An indirect-direct system cools first through a heat exchanger, so that stage adds no moisture at all. In humid climates the indirect stage is what allows the system to keep working when a direct cooler cannot.
How is this equipment shipped to Tanzania?
Shipped FOB Nhava Sheva (JNPT) or Mundra to Dar es Salaam and Tanga, with onward central corridor movement to Zambia, Rwanda, Burundi, Malawi and the DRC. Export packing is specified for the route and handling conditions, and documentation is prepared as part of the order rather than after it. Spares and consumables are normally shipped with the consignment so a replacement part does not become a separate small shipment later.
Do you provide TBS PVoC documentation for Tanzania?
Yes. We prepare the product technical documentation, test data and declarations needed to support Tanzania Bureau of Standards pre-export verification and issue of the Certificate of Conformity, and we work alongside the customer's appointed conformity assessment body. The certificate itself is issued by the accredited body rather than by the manufacturer, so our role is to prepare and support the file so the consignment is not held at port.
