Manufacturer, Supplier & Exporter of Evaporative Cooling Systems for Saudi Arabia.
We design and manufacture two-stage evaporative air cooling systems, indirect-direct (IDEC) systems and Oxycom adiabatic solutions for industrial and commercial buildings. Indirect-direct evaporative and Oxycom adiabatic systems are specified for coastal projects at Jubail, Dammam, Jeddah and Yanbu, where humidity rules out direct evaporation as a primary system. Oxycom pre-cooling for air-cooled chillers is widely applicable in a market where ambient temperature routinely exceeds chiller design conditions.
In Saudi Arabia, design dry-bulb (interior) runs at 46-50°C and design dry-bulb (coastal) at 44-46°C with high humidity, which is why our recommendation for the location is dec inland; idec / adiabatic + hvls on the coast. On that basis, indirect and adiabatic stages are specified for the coastal industrial cities, and Oxycom pre-cooling is widely applicable where ambient temperature routinely exceeds chiller design conditions. We supply and install across Riyadh & Sudair Industrial City, Jubail Industrial City and Dammam 2nd Industrial City.
Oxycom adiabatic range for higher-duty applications and chiller pre-cooling
Patented technology delivering 100% fresh, clean, cooled air
Two-stage evaporative cooling with considerably less moisture addition than a direct system
Indirect stage cools through a heat exchanger, so supply air gains no water vapour
Benefits
Performance holds up in humid conditions where a direct cooler falls away
Optimal power consumption – closer to air conditioning comfort at evaporative running cost
Lower capital and operating expenditure than a comparable refrigerant installation
Applications in Saudi Arabia
Oil, gas & petrochemical – Adiabatic systems and chiller pre-cooling for process buildings, control rooms and site facilities.
Cement & building materials – Indirect cooling for control rooms, laboratories and manned plant areas in a high-dust environment.
Warehousing & logistics – IDEC supply for picking and value-added areas where moisture addition would risk stored goods.
Food, beverage & agro processing – IDEC and adiabatic systems for processing and packing halls where humidity control matters to the product.
Institutional, commercial & public buildings – Two-stage systems for auditoria, canteens, atria and large public halls at a fraction of AC running cost.
Working With Us in Saudi Arabia
Design, fabrication, installation, commissioning and service are handled by one team rather than split across a supplier and a contractor, so there is a single point of accountability when something needs attention. We manufacture from our own facilities at Pune, Hyderabad and Tirunelveli, and hold a 4.9 out of 5 rating from 33 Google reviews.
Frequently Asked Questions
How much ducting does an IDEC system need?
Because a two-stage system needs a smaller air quantity than an equivalent direct installation, the associated ducting quantity comes down too. That reduction in distribution cost frequently offsets a meaningful part of the difference in equipment cost.
How is this equipment shipped to Saudi Arabia?
Shipped FOB Nhava Sheva (JNPT) or Mundra to Jeddah Islamic Port, King Abdulaziz Port Dammam, Jubail Commercial Port and Yanbu Commercial Port. Export packing is specified for the route and handling conditions, and documentation is prepared as part of the order rather than after it. Spares and consumables are normally shipped with the consignment so a replacement part does not become a separate small shipment later.
Do you provide SASO and SABER documentation for Saudi Arabia?
Yes. We prepare the product technical documentation, test data and declarations needed to support SABER registration and the applicable SASO technical regulation, and we work alongside the customer's appointed conformity assessment body. The certificate itself is issued by the accredited body rather than by the manufacturer, so our role is to prepare and support the file so the consignment is not held at port.
