What is the difference between DEC and IDEC?
A direct evaporative cooler passes air through a wetted pad, cooling it but raising its moisture content. An indirect-direct system cools first through a heat exchanger, so that stage adds no moisture at all. In humid climates the indirect stage is what allows the system to keep working when a direct cooler cannot.
How is this equipment shipped to United Arab Emirates?
Shipped FOB Nhava Sheva (JNPT) or Mundra to Jebel Ali Port, Khalifa Port, Port Rashid, Hamriyah Port and Fujairah. Export packing is specified for the route and handling conditions, and documentation is prepared as part of the order rather than after it. Spares and consumables are normally shipped with the consignment so a replacement part does not become a separate small shipment later.
Do you provide ESMA / MoIAT documentation for United Arab Emirates?
Yes. We prepare the product technical documentation, test data and declarations needed to support Emirates Conformity Assessment Scheme registration and Dubai Municipality submissions, and we work alongside the customer's appointed conformity assessment body. The certificate itself is issued by the accredited body rather than by the manufacturer, so our role is to prepare and support the file so the consignment is not held at port.
