Manufacturer, Supplier & Exporter of Evaporative Cooling Systems for Nigeria.
We design and manufacture two-stage evaporative air cooling systems, indirect-direct (IDEC) systems and Oxycom adiabatic solutions for industrial and commercial buildings. Indirect-direct evaporative and adiabatic systems are the correct specification for Lagos, Ota, Agbara and the humid southern belt, cooling supply air without adding moisture, with chiller pre-cooling available where existing plant is under-performing at high ambient.
In Nigeria, lagos & south runs at 30-34°C with 75-85% relative humidity and kano & north at 38-42°C with low humidity in the dry season, which is why our recommendation for the location is hvls + idec in the south; dec in the north. On that basis, indirect systems are the correct specification for Lagos, Ota and Agbara, with chiller pre-cooling where existing plant is struggling at high ambient. We supply and install across Ikeja Industrial Estate, Lagos, Apapa & Tin Can Island and Agbara Industrial Estate.
Indirect stage cools through a heat exchanger, so supply air gains no water vapour
Reduced air quantity requirement, typically by around 40% against an equivalent direct system
Correspondingly smaller ducting quantity and lower distribution cost
Oxycom adiabatic range for higher-duty applications and chiller pre-cooling
Benefits
Lower capital and operating expenditure than a comparable refrigerant installation
Oxycom pre-cooling recovers capacity on existing air-cooled chillers running past design ambient
Robust, straightforward operation with fewer moving parts than mechanical cooling plant
Applications in Nigeria
Food, beverage & agro processing – IDEC and adiabatic systems for processing and packing halls where humidity control matters to the product.
Plastics, moulding & packaging – IDEC cooling around moulding and extrusion lines, plus chiller pre-cooling on process cooling plant.
Cement & building materials – Indirect cooling for control rooms, laboratories and manned plant areas in a high-dust environment.
Oil, gas & petrochemical – Adiabatic systems and chiller pre-cooling for process buildings, control rooms and site facilities.
Textiles, weaving & processing – IDEC systems for weaving and processing halls where humidity is already high and direct cooling underperforms.
Working With Us in Nigeria
We size against your building – span, roof height, heat load, existing services and production pattern – rather than issuing a catalogue selection and leaving the checking to you. We manufacture from our own facilities at Pune, Hyderabad and Tirunelveli, and hold a 4.9 out of 5 rating from 33 Google reviews.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can an IDEC system replace air conditioning entirely?
For general manufacturing, assembly, warehousing and comfort applications it very often can, at far lower running cost. For process areas with tight temperature and humidity tolerances, it cannot fully replace conditioned plant, though it is frequently used to pre-cool and reduce the load on it.
How is this equipment shipped to Nigeria?
Shipped FOB Nhava Sheva (JNPT) or Mundra to Apapa and Tin Can Island (Lagos) and Onne (Port Harcourt). Export packing is specified for the route and handling conditions, and documentation is prepared as part of the order rather than after it. Spares and consumables are normally shipped with the consignment so a replacement part does not become a separate small shipment later.
Do you provide SONCAP documentation for Nigeria?
Yes. We prepare the product technical documentation, test data and declarations needed to support the Standards Organisation of Nigeria conformity assessment programme and Form M documentation, and we work alongside the customer's appointed conformity assessment body. The certificate itself is issued by the accredited body rather than by the manufacturer, so our role is to prepare and support the file so the consignment is not held at port.
