Air Care System & Solution India Pvt. Ltd. exports industrial air coolers, evaporative and adiabatic cooling systems, HVLS fans, factory fabricated ducting and industrial exhaust systems to Nigeria. We supply manufacturers, food and beverage producers, plastics and packaging plants, cement and construction materials producers, oil and gas service companies, contractors and equipment distributors across Lagos, Ota, Agbara, Ikeja, Port Harcourt, Kano, Abuja, Onitsha and Aba.
Nigeria splits into two climate zones that need genuinely different specifications. Lagos and the southern coastal belt are hot and persistently humid, where direct evaporative cooling cannot deliver a useful drop and the right answer is HVLS air movement combined with indirect-direct or adiabatic cooling. Kano and the northern belt are hot and dry, particularly through the harmattan and pre-rain months, and there direct evaporative cooling performs extremely well at very low running cost. Given the cost and reliability of grid power in Nigeria, that running-cost difference is often decisive.
| Lagos & south | 30-34°C with 75-85% relative humidity |
| Kano & north | 38-42°C with low humidity in the dry season |
| Power context | grid constraints make low-draw systems particularly valuable |
| Recommended systems | HVLS + IDEC in the south; DEC in the north |
Electrical load matters more in Nigeria than in most markets we serve, because a large share of industrial power is self-generated. That makes the comparison between an evaporative or adiabatic system and refrigerant air conditioning much starker: the evaporative route's main load is a fan and pump rather than a compressor, and HVLS fans cover very large floor areas at a small fraction of the connected load of the many wall or pedestal fans they replace. We size against generator capacity where that is the constraint.
Industrial air coolers and direct evaporative units are strongly suited to Kano and northern Nigeria, where hot dry conditions give evaporative cooling a wide margin and a running cost that matters greatly to plants operating on self-generated power. Read more about Industrial Air Coolers & Evaporative Coolers (DEC).
Indirect-direct evaporative and adiabatic systems are the correct specification for Lagos, Ota, Agbara and the humid southern belt, cooling supply air without adding moisture, with chiller pre-cooling available where existing plant is under-performing at high ambient. HVLS fans deliver the largest practical comfort gain per kilowatt in Nigeria's humid south, which is decisive where generator capacity is the binding constraint. One fan covers a very large floor area and replaces a substantial bank of small fans. Read more about High Volume Low Speed Fans (HVLS Fans).
Factory fabricated ducting in GI, stainless steel and aluminium is manufactured to drawing and export-packed for Apapa, Tin Can Island and Onne, supplied with insulated PUF sandwich panels and modular enclosures for food, beverage and pharmaceutical applications. Read more about Factory Fabricated Ducting & Metal Ducting.
Cement kilns, plastics extrusion, food processing lines and fabrication yards need extraction sized and routed properly. We design fume extraction, flue gas exhaust and industrial exhaust systems complete with make-up air so performance matches design. Read more about Industrial Exhaust & Fume Extraction Systems.
Shipped FOB Nhava Sheva (JNPT) or Mundra to Apapa and Tin Can Island (Lagos) and Onne (Port Harcourt). Export packing, documentation and shipping schedules are confirmed at order stage, and we supply spares and consumables such as cooling media on an ongoing basis so a replacement part never becomes a separate small consignment.
Our supply, installation and service coverage across Nigeria includes:
We also cover Lagos, Ota, Agbara, Port Harcourt, Kano, Abuja from the same team.
