Hyderabad's summer humidity is low enough that direct evaporative cooling works efficiently in general manufacturing, warehousing and assembly areas. Process zones are a different problem: granulation, coating, packing and clean areas need defined air change rates, filtration and pressure cascade, which means a ducted supply and return system in GI or stainless steel with PUF panel enclosures. We are routinely asked to serve both on the same site and design them as separate systems with a clear boundary between them.
