Manufacturer, Supplier & Exporter of HVLS Fans for Nigeria.
We manufacture and install High Volume Low Speed fans – large diameter industrial ceiling fans that move very large volumes of air slowly across a building. HVLS fans deliver the largest practical comfort gain per kilowatt in Nigeria's humid south, which is decisive where generator capacity is the binding constraint. One fan covers a very large floor area and replaces a substantial bank of small fans.
Specification for Nigeria starts from the local design condition – 30-34°C with 75-85% relative humidity against 38-42°C with low humidity in the dry season – rather than from a generic national figure. In practice where a plant runs on its own generator, the difference between one fan and the bank of small fans it replaces is often what decides the project. Coverage includes Ikeja Industrial Estate, Lagos, Apapa & Tin Can Island and Ota, Ogun State, along with Lagos and Ota.
Extruded aluminium aerofoil blades in 6061 T6, set at 27 degrees for optimum airflow and thrust
Nord high-efficiency motor and gearbox with Danfoss VFD speed control
Sound level below 45 dB, and reversible operation for seasonal use
High tensile chassis and support structure in EN 10025-90 steel
Benefits
Destratifies high-bay buildings, evening out temperature from floor to roof
Layered anti-fall safety – secondary wire rope to the building structure, wire ropes embedded in the blades and dedicated hub brackets
A single fan replaces a large bank of wall-mounted or pedestal fans
Applications in Nigeria
Food, beverage & agro processing – Air movement across packing and dispatch halls, with reversible running for seasonal use.
Plastics, moulding & packaging – Air movement across moulding shops where machine radiant heat collects under the roof.
Cement & building materials – Air movement in packing plants, workshops and covered storage where dust and heat both collect.
Oil, gas & petrochemical – Air movement across fabrication yards, covered workshops and laydown buildings.
Textiles, weaving & processing – Movement over long-span loom and stitching floors, improving comfort and reducing settled lint.

Frequently Asked Questions
How noisy are they?
Sound level is below 45 dB, which in most industrial buildings is well under the ambient noise of the machinery already running. Because the fan turns slowly at high volume rather than quickly at low volume, it does not produce the drone associated with banks of small high-speed fans.
How is this equipment shipped to Nigeria?
Shipped FOB Nhava Sheva (JNPT) or Mundra to Apapa and Tin Can Island (Lagos) and Onne (Port Harcourt). Export packing is specified for the route and handling conditions, and documentation is prepared as part of the order rather than after it. Spares and consumables are normally shipped with the consignment so a replacement part does not become a separate small shipment later.
Do you provide SONCAP documentation for Nigeria?
Yes. We prepare the product technical documentation, test data and declarations needed to support the Standards Organisation of Nigeria conformity assessment programme and Form M documentation, and we work alongside the customer's appointed conformity assessment body. The certificate itself is issued by the accredited body rather than by the manufacturer, so our role is to prepare and support the file so the consignment is not held at port.
