Manufacturer, Supplier & Exporter of HVLS Fans for Kenya.
We manufacture and install High Volume Low Speed fans – large diameter industrial ceiling fans that move very large volumes of air slowly across a building. HVLS fans suit Kenya's EPZ production floors, warehouses along the Mombasa Road corridor and large agro-processing halls, delivering effective air movement and destratification at a low power draw that matters where electricity cost is a live concern.
In Kenya, nairobi & highlands runs at moderate, 25-28°C typical - ventilation led and mombasa & coast at 30-34°C with 70-85% relative humidity, which is why our recommendation for the location is hvls + idec on the coast; ventilation and dec inland. On that basis, fans resolve the stagnation and stratification that are the actual complaint in most Nairobi Industrial Area sheds, at a running cost that matters where tariffs are high. We supply and install across Nairobi Industrial Area, Ruaraka & Baba Dogo and Athi River / EPZ.
Sound level below 45 dB, and reversible operation for seasonal use
High tensile chassis and support structure in EN 10025-90 steel
Available from 8 ft to 24 ft diameter
Covers around 16,000 sq ft per fan while drawing up to about 1.5 kW
Benefits
A single fan replaces a large bank of wall-mounted or pedestal fans
Distributes air corner to corner across large spans without creating draughts
Running cost reductions of up to 80% against the fans replaced, with payback often inside six months
Applications in Kenya
Food, beverage & agro processing – Air movement across packing and dispatch halls, with reversible running for seasonal use.
Textiles, weaving & processing – Movement over long-span loom and stitching floors, improving comfort and reducing settled lint.
Cement & building materials – Air movement in packing plants, workshops and covered storage where dust and heat both collect.
Warehousing & logistics – Destratification of high-bay racking, evening out temperature floor to roof and reducing condensation risk.
Engineering & fabrication – Coverage across long-span fabrication and machining bays where banks of small fans achieve little.
Working With Us in Kenya
We size against your building – span, roof height, heat load, existing services and production pattern – rather than issuing a catalogue selection and leaving the checking to you. We manufacture from our own facilities at Pune, Hyderabad and Tirunelveli, and hold a 4.9 out of 5 rating from 33 Google reviews.
Frequently Asked Questions
How large an area does one HVLS fan cover?
A single fan distributes air across roughly 15,000 to 16,000 sq ft depending on diameter, roof height and obstructions. Rather than applying a rule of thumb, our engineers mark fan positions on your building drawing so coverage is even and no fan is working against a structural or services obstruction.
How is this equipment shipped to Kenya?
Shipped FOB Nhava Sheva (JNPT) or Mundra to Mombasa, with onward inland movement to Nairobi and the Rift Valley. Export packing is specified for the route and handling conditions, and documentation is prepared as part of the order rather than after it. Spares and consumables are normally shipped with the consignment so a replacement part does not become a separate small shipment later.
Do you provide KEBS PVoC documentation for Kenya?
Yes. We prepare the product technical documentation, test data and declarations needed to support pre-export verification of conformity and issue of the Certificate of Conformity, and we work alongside the customer's appointed conformity assessment body. The certificate itself is issued by the accredited body rather than by the manufacturer, so our role is to prepare and support the file so the consignment is not held at port.
