What is involved in installing one?
Structural survey first, then fixing to the building structure, wiring and VFD commissioning. Installation is typically a day or two per fan and is planned around your shutdown or weekend window so production is not interrupted.
How is this equipment shipped to South Africa?
Shipped FOB Nhava Sheva (JNPT) or Mundra to Durban, Cape Town and Ngqura, with inland movement to Gauteng. Export packing is specified for the route and handling conditions, and documentation is prepared as part of the order rather than after it. Spares and consumables are normally shipped with the consignment so a replacement part does not become a separate small shipment later.
Do you provide SABS / NRCS documentation for South Africa?
Yes. We prepare the product technical documentation, test data and declarations needed to support the applicable SANS route including Letter of Authority applications, and we work alongside the customer's appointed conformity assessment body.
