Are HVLS fans safe to run above an occupied production line?
Safety is layered rather than relying on any single component. Structural steel to EN 10025-90, 35 mm motor diameter with M14 structural bolts, Nyloc nuts and thread lock on all fasteners, secondary wire rope locking the structure to the building, wire ropes embedded within the blades and dedicated anti-fall brackets at the hub.
How is this equipment shipped to Tanzania?
Shipped FOB Nhava Sheva (JNPT) or Mundra to Dar es Salaam and Tanga, with onward central corridor movement to Zambia, Rwanda, Burundi, Malawi and the DRC. Export packing is specified for the route and handling conditions, and documentation is prepared as part of the order rather than after it. Spares and consumables are normally shipped with the consignment so a replacement part does not become a separate small shipment later.
Do you provide TBS PVoC documentation for Tanzania?
Yes. We prepare the product technical documentation, test data and declarations needed to support Tanzania Bureau of Standards pre-export verification and issue of the Certificate of Conformity, and we work alongside the customer's appointed conformity assessment body. The certificate itself is issued by the accredited body rather than by the manufacturer, so our role is to prepare and support the file so the consignment is not held at port.
